Memorandum;

For the informatdon of His Excellency the Governor. The Min Chih Pao of today's date announces that " "owing to the scarcity on the market of subsidiary "coinage, the Treasury have instructed the lint to "turn out daily 100,000 ten cent pieces and 200,000 five cent pieces".
